Canal and lock “Les Planches” closed from 2 juillet

Back to Work on aquatic plants
From 2 July, the Département will be cleaning up algae (milfoil) in the Sarthe. This work concerns the Île aux Planches canal in particular, and will result in some temporary modifications to navigation:
- Closure of the canal and the 1st lock: 2, 3, 4, 7 and 8 July
- Electric boat trips will be limited to 1 hour on these dates.
